YY-100

Description
YY-100 is a range of coating polyurethane varnishes with good thermal and dielectric properties which are maintained when subjected to environmental stress, can be cured at room temperature or oven cure conditions. The performance of YY-100 meets the latest requirements of electronics, no corrosion and lead-free and has no aromatic compounds in the solvent and satisfies the requirements of the RoHS directive. YY-100 can protect the electronic devices and printed circuit boards in the applications of automobile, aero plane, submarine and medical devices.

Applications guidelines
YY-100 can be applied both by hands or machine, which include spray, brushing and auto dipping system.
1, PCBs need to be cleaned and pre-heated, making sure there are no dust, moisture and contaminations. Pre-heat process can be under the condition: 10-20 min at 60℃, coating before cooled is preferred.
2, Spraying or brushing larger area as possible to protect all electronic components.
3, The substrates should be placed horizontally when spraying or brushing, thickness with 0.1-0.3mm is better.
4, Agitating the product before applying, using high-quality natural fiber brush and adjusting the viscosity with thinner.
5, The PCBs should be dip in the coatings vertically for more than 1min, until the bubbles disappeared.
6, Skin at the surface of the coatings can be removed when dipping process continue.
7, Heat can be used to accelerate the curing process after brushing. More time is needed to let the solvent evaporated when bubbles appear in the wet coatings.

YY-200

Description
YY-200 with shorter tack-free time is synthesized by natural oil material. The obtained film is tough and hard, can be adhere to plastic, glass and metal substrates. The performance of YY-200 meets the requirements of properties such as solvent resistance and moisture resistance even under the high and low temperature, and satisfies the requirements of the RoHS directive. YY-200 can protect the electronic devices and printed circuit boards in the applications of automobile, aero plane, submarine and medical devices.
